On Saturday March 15th, the basketball season sadly came to a close vs. the McFarland Spartans with a hard-fought battle that did not turn out in the Vikings’ favor. All is not lost though; this is the furthest NBW has made it since 2002. By winning the regional plaque, making it to the sectional final, having the second best record in school history (24-4), and being second in conference only behind the no.1 public school in the country (Wisconsin Lutheran), this year’s time is leaving its mark on NBW history forever.
